How it works
Four steps to physician-read results.
- 1

Order your panel online
Pick the panel that fits your goals and check out in minutes. A US-licensed physician authorizes your lab order — no consult, no in-person visit, no appointment.
- 2

Get drawn locally
Walk into any LabCorp with your requisition. One quick blood draw, usually about 10 minutes, at thousands of locations nationwide.
- 3

A physician reads your results
Your results flow back to our clinical team through Health Labs, and a US-licensed physician reviews every marker — not an algorithm, not an automated printout.
- 4

Get your report
You receive a beautiful, physician-reviewed report — every biomarker explained in plain language, what's optimal versus just 'in range,' and exactly what to do next.
What's measured
Every marker, from one draw.
Built around the markers that matter for men — total and free testosterone, thyroid, PSA, heart and advanced lipids, metabolic health, and a complete blood count. Line-items like the blood count and metabolic panel each contain many individual biomarkers.

Physician-led
Read by a doctor, not an app.
A physician orders it
Every panel is authorized by a US-licensed physician — you don't need your own doctor or a referral.
A physician reads it
Your results are reviewed marker by marker by a physician, and your report explains what's optimal versus just “in range.”
Physicians stand behind it
With Protocol MD, a licensed physician reviews your results — and if something's worth addressing, they can discuss next steps with you.

Common questions
Answers, up front.
How does it work?
Order your panel online and a US-licensed physician authorizes the lab order — no appointment, no in-person visit. You get your blood drawn at any LabCorp, a physician reviews every marker, and a clear report lands in your inbox, usually within 3–5 business days of your draw.
How many biomarkers do you test?
Between 45 and 70+ depending on the panel, spanning hormones, cardiovascular risk, metabolism, thyroid, inflammation, blood count, and micronutrients — the same breadth a longevity clinic runs, from a single draw.
Where do I get my blood drawn?
Any LabCorp location nationwide — thousands of sites. You'll get a requisition after you order; most locations take walk-ins with no appointment needed.
Do I need to fast before my draw?
Yes — a 12-hour overnight fast gives accurate hormone, glucose, and lipid readings. Water and your usual medications are fine.
Who reviews my results?
A US-licensed physician — not an algorithm. They order your panel and interpret every biomarker, then send a report that explains what's optimal versus just 'in range,' and what to do next. That's the part a lab-only service can't do.
How fast will I get my results?
Most panels return within 3–5 business days of your draw. A physician reviews every marker before your report is sent.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each panel is a one-time purchase — no membership, no recurring fee. Retest whenever you want to track how your numbers are trending.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your results are handled under HIPAA and are never sold. Only you and your reviewing physician see them.

Know your numbers.
