Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Protocol MD's website, platform, and services. By using Protocol MD, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Telehealth Informed Consent, and Cancellation & Subscription Terms.
Who we are
Protocol MD is a technology and marketing platform operated by Protocol Studios LLC. Clinical services — including patient consultations, prescriptions, and ongoing care — are provided by independently owned and operated professional corporations through our affiliated provider network. Protocol Studios LLC does not provide medical advice, laboratory services, diagnoses, or treatment. All clinical decisions, including whether a peptide protocol is appropriate for you, are made by a US-licensed physician credentialed in your state.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Protocol MD. By using the service, you represent that the information you provide about yourself, your medical history, and your state of residence is accurate and complete.
Service Availability / Jurisdictions Served
Protocol MD makes its telehealth services available to patients located in all 50 U.S. states. Care is provided by independent, licensed physicians who hold an active license in the patient's state, and prescribed medications are dispensed by a licensed 503A pharmacy. Eligibility is verified based on the patient's state of residence at the time of service. Protocol MD does not provide care to, charge, or ship products to patients located in any jurisdiction where a licensed provider and licensed pharmacy fulfillment are not available.
Medical information and educational content
Information on this site is provided for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical care, medical advice, or a detailed discussion with your primary care physician or other licensed healthcare provider. If you have questions about your health or peptide therapy, we recommend that you discuss them with a primary care physician or other licensed provider.
Prescriptions and pharmacy
Peptide compounds prescribed through Protocol MD are dispensed by US 503A compounding pharmacies and require a valid prescription from a licensed physician. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved drug products. Not for use by persons under 18. Whether any medication is prescribed is at the sole discretion of the reviewing physician.
Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and patient portal credentials. Providing inaccurate medical or eligibility information may affect the care you receive and may result in a physician declining to prescribe.
Payments, pricing, and subscriptions
Protocol MD is cash-pay and transparently priced. Your card is pre-authorized at checkout and charged only after a physician approves your protocol. Billing, recurring plans, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Subscription Terms and Returns & Refund Policy.
Telehealth consent and privacy
Use of Protocol MD's clinical services is subject to our Telehealth Informed Consent. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, HIPAA Notice, and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Communications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Protocol MD related to your assessment, prescription, shipment, and physician communication. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Intellectual property
The Protocol MD name, logo, site content, and design are owned by Protocol Studios LLC and its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as needed for your personal use of the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Protocol MD platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform itself does not provide medical advice; medical care is provided by the affiliated, independently licensed physicians. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protocol Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Protocol MD after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
